Crazy golf and go-karting and shows on Highway 192. Shopping Malls, designer outlets and restaurants close to hand. This well maintained Villa comprises of a large Living room with patio doors to sundeck and pool area. TV/DVD/Stereo. Deep comfortable sofas with coffee tables and lamps. Air conditioning and warm air heating if required. Please note that there is no smoking allowed and no pets please.
Dining Room
There are fitted carpets to all bedrooms and main living areas. Seperate dining room adjacent to kitchen with formal dining table and chairs. All linens included. Towels and beach/pool towels included. This Kissimmee private rental villa would also suit golfers wishing to take advantage of the many golf course in the area. There is also a golf academy at Disney for budding young Tiger Woods!

Fully equiped kitchen with tiled floor and all the amentities that you will require. Fridge/freezer, large electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher. Breakfast bar with stools and table and chairs. The garage has been converted into a games room, with TV, DVD and sofas.
Pool Area
After a long hard day at either one of the parks or at one of the numerous shopping malls why not relax and unwind at the private Pool (heating recommended Oct-April) and enjoy the evening on the south facing patio with a BBQ with is exclusive for your use. Numerous loungers and table and chairs.
